■ Purpose of use
DNA extracted from paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue after formalin fixation of a confirmed patient with glioblastoma confirmed by real-time polymerase chain reaction
It is an in vitro diagnostic medical device that helps in prognostic diagnosis of glioblastoma by qualitatively determining whether the MGMT gene is methylated.
* A value greater than 10% of the average value of the pyrosequencing threshold, which is the existing test method, is judged as MGMT DNA methylation.

1) REB Mix : Used as polymerase and buffer solution
2) MDM: Reagent for MGMT methylation detection (Primer & Probe mixture)
3) MT DNA: Used as a positive control
4) NT DNA: Used as Negative Control

■ Storage and Validity
1) Store the product in a freezer at -20℃ ~ -15℃ where there is no light.
2) After vortexing the contents before use, spin-down to use.
3) Unopened products have a shelf life of 9 months and 3 months after opening.
